Ok, so I have sorta out of it. I’m sure none of you have noticed…….. *cough, cough*
Here’s the truth.
Motherhood is difficult on the soul. Even if you have one of the world’s most adorable babies, because let’s face it. I have one of those. LOL Granted, she is amazing. She is a great baby. But I’m human and this ginormous change can be really taxing on my soul some days.
But that’s only one of the reasons why I feel uninspired to write here.
Ever since I thought that my mother has found this site, I have felt suppressed and nervous. Other family members and some real life friends stumbled upon here, which ultimately was fine. But it took some getting used to.
Frankly, this blog began turning into something I wasn’t expecting. CENSORED.
I thought about shutting down this blog, but then I thought it would make me a quitter. Then I thought about making it private. But I don’t really have enough readers to do that. It just seems silly.
So here I sit in limbo about my formerly secret blog.
I really don’t know what to do.
So today I’ll give you what you probably want to see right now anyway. My little girl on video in pictures!
———Ok so apparently I can only upload my video’s to facebook. Bummer. So I lied and you will get only still shots. Anybody have any advice?———-
My sleeping angel
Her two month pictures. Every month I am posing her in the same way with the same outfit…. er, diaper only, to see the remarkable change she will be making this year!
Tell me that is not one of the most precious things you’ve ever seen. ADORABLE. You know, if I do say so myself.
While we were hanging out in the pool with some friends, this is what my Peanut did. Nap. With her awesome froggy legs.

Don’t put as your facebook status….
“I warn you I’ve been listening to the Cure a lot lately, ‘Put a bullet in my head, pretty pretty please!!!”
Even if you think its funny and put quotes around it to ensure that people reading knows that its from a funny movie, The Wedding Singer.

Because not everybody knows all of Adam Sandler films and might believe that you have Postpartum Depression and get a sincere and sweet intervention via the telephone.
Just so we are all on the same page…..
And on that note…. have a happy day.

Hi! It’s me. The author of this near abandoned blog.
I won’t bother with apologies or excuses. I have a newborn. That’s all you need to know.
So I’ll just leave you with a few pics to keep you happy then I plan to post regularly again. Well that’s the plan anyway.
I also want to come by to all of your blogs to try and catch up. I feel like I’ve been on vacation and need to catch up with all of my old pals.

This is at her very first doctor’s appointment. She immediately peed on the table. Nice!
Her first bath! And surprise surprise…. she loved it! She didn’t so much care for the getting out part. Then again, who likes getting out into the cold world? I sure don’t.
Getting changed after her bath. Gosh she is just so dang cute I can’t stand it!
Don’t stare directly into the chee chee’s! It’s dangerous!
Check out the difference! These bath pictures are about 5 weeks difference. It’s amazing how quickly they change. I’ll try not to get depressed….
No I didn’t cut my hair. It’s pulled back into a Mommy Ponytail. I refuse to cut it. Then again, I might change my mind once my little peanut starts pulling my hair. But I doubt it. I also refuse to EVER get a minivan. No way.
She loves her swing!
You know what else she loves? Her daddy! Look at one of her first recorded smiles. Aaaahhhh…. melts the heart.
Here she is today (the day before 8 weeks. My how times FLIES!) sitting in her bumbo for the first time. She did so well! She is already holding her head up pretty well. You know …. cause she’s so advanced. LOL (don’t you just hate how everybody thinks that their kid is so special and advanced?! Uh, sorry but they’re average, which is normal and fine! Sorry, getting off the soapbox…)
So there is a quick summary of what has been going on here. Mostly nursing, napping, pooping, and the occasional smile. Life is pretty good.
